Consulting and Personal Brand Building

Once again our beloved professor Mr. T. Prasad Sir brought us yet another inspiring story of a consultant who worked in KPMG for more than 10 years turned his path to develop his own company Darwin Tech, a tech company that provides search-based optimization on planning trips and vacations. It was none other than our own alumni Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni. A guest lecture from him was great value addition about the hands-on work experience in the field.

Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni explained some of the important aspects of Business Communications and how it has helped him in excelling in his role as a consultant. He explained how the role is a never-ending path to the learning and how his life changed as soon as he had to travel a lot because of the role. He explained how the life of an MBA grad is solely depending upon the three apps PowerPiont, Excel, and Word. Documents like proposals, reports, executive briefing, detailed project reports, and work papers are prepared using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. It is important to master these tools for effective communication.
His idealogy about creating our own brand should start with placing our footprints on the internet. be active on social media, write a blog, actively follow industry leaders on Twitter. Our own brands imply who we are to the world. It is to a great extent affected by the sort of substance we post on the advanced stages. We should continue refreshing our picture through an assortment of approaches to building our persuasion.
Mr. Kulkarni insisted on finding the inner persona of one and pursue to build a brand on it. How to build statistical data and grab attention from investors by thinking new. His tech entrepreneurship
has been developing as a new wave vacation designing app. Do check it out.
